The two most important factors Sellers should utilize to sell there home are: 1) Have their home listed on the MLS and all related real estate web sites. 2) Hire a real estate agent that provides daily support to them from the time the yard sign goes up through the time the sign comes down after closing. In the  real estate market today, print media is not an effective marketing tool when compared with the widespread exposure that the MLS and internet provide the home seller. Virtually all Buyers have access to the internet which allows them to search the local public access MLS (WisconsinHomes.com), the national MLS, (Realtor.com), (Oodle), (Vast), (HGTV's Front Door), (Yahoo! Real Estate), (Zillow), (Trulia), (Backpage), (HotPads), and also allows them to search for a property on all broker web sites that have MLS search engines. If your home is listed on the MLS it will be exposed to thousands of potential Buyers who run to their computers, (not newspapers and magazines), every day to view home listings.
